KIDS' BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We have three different packages to fit every budget! Please note, package prices are not guaranteed and will vary based on location, date and time selected. Package prices are subject to change daily and are only guaranteed after your party has been booked.

We require a non-refundable $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party. Your booking may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit can be used toward a new booking within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled. The billing descriptor you will see on your credit/bank statement will be portrayed as “CHUCK E CHEESE DEPOSIT.”

We accept birthday bookings 1 year in advance, and you can book a birthday party up to 24 hours prior to the party.

Upon booking a birthday party, you are allowed up to 2 no-shows if the per child party minimum’s met. Child minimums are stated on the website party package prior to booking. Changes to the booking must be made prior to the day of the reserved party to avoid penalty. Any additional children not in attendance are subject to the per-child cost for any changes made on the day of your party. We cannot guarantee that you can add additional guests prior to the party.

We suggest you hold for the maximum number of guests you will be inviting. You can always lower your guest number up to 24 hours prior to the party.

You can make changes to your booking easily. All you need is your booking confirmation email and then click “Manage Reservation”.

From there you can adjust your date and time. Please note that date and time changes are subject to availability. And don’t forget: Please cancel any other previous bookings.

We offer our Fun, Mega Fun, and Ultimate Fun birthday party packages in stores 7 days per week at time slots 9am, 11.30am, 2pm, 4.30pm and 7pm.

At Chuck E. Cheese we welcome everyone at any age! Age limits for a party? Never! Also, you can always include adults as paid guests, or buy extra Play Passes, if they want to join in on the games.

Yes, once the total deposit is paid, the non-refundable $100 deposit will be applied toward your total bill.

Yes, you are able to for your booking in full prior to the party.

Once you book your party online, the restaurant will be notified to issue your free play points on the day of the party. They may be used at any time during the party.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, however the party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) and options(s) provided represent all remaining availability on the day you selected.

The good news is that you are more than welcome to arrive earlier on the day of your party and let the children play before your event starts. However, your table and server will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your booking.

More Birthday Stars, double the fun! Our parties can accommodate more than one birthday child in the same birthday party for an additional fee. You will be charged the regular party package price plus $19.95 for the additional birthday child. Just add the additional Birthday Star during the online booking process. 

The Fun, Mega Fun and Ultimate Fun Packages include All You Can Play games for the two-hour duration of the party. The Birthday Star and party guests can enjoy unlimited games only during the party time. 

We sell delicious birthday cakes that kids love, and that’s one less thing for you to bring to the party. We offer a 20cm diametre vanilla cake which serves approximately 10 guests

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

You bet! We love ice cream! We have numerous ice cream options on offer in-store.

Chuck E. Cheese knows birthday parties! We believe every child should feel like a STAR on their special day. Your birthday experience will include Games Zone access, and unlimited soft drinks for every guest. You will enjoy a 2-hour reserved table and complete party setup with zero clean up. PLUS there are loads of options to add-on extra’s like Adventure Zone access, birthday cakes, food platters and more.

You don’t need to lift a finger, and did we mention there’s zero cleanup?

Yes! All birthday party packages include the LIVE Birthday Show with Chuck E. where your Birthday Star will get to sing, dance and be recognised on their special day!

Our Birthday Ticket Blaster is an exclusive experience for each Birthday Star. Upon entering a huge wind tunnel filled with ticket vouchers, the excitement begins. The birthday child has 30 seconds to grab as many vouchers as possible (including the Magic Ticket worth 500 bonus E-tickets!). Your Birthday Star will be delighted to use their E-Ticket vouchers for extra goodies and larger prizes when it comes time to claim their prizes at the end of their party. It’s an exciting and unique experience for the birthday star and family and friends as they watch and cheer! 

The fun never stops at Chuck E. Cheese! Feel free to stay and play games after your event, but reserved seating will not be available and public seating is not guaranteed. 

You can always personalise your party celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese! You’re free to bring your own birthday cake, and table decorations. Please note however, other than bringing your own birthday cake, we do not permit any other outside food due to health and safety.

From delicious and fun food to the best in entertainment, we strive to bring you everything you need to make your party a success. Unfortunately, there are some items that are not permitted including outside food (other than your own cake), piñatas, cups, or outside entertainment. 

Along with all of the super-cool items listed in the party package you choose, we will decorate your table with our cups, pizza plates, and birthday plates, as well as a complete table setup of forks, napkins, and utensils – so you can just focus on the fun! 

Our goody bags are full of a variety of Chuck E. themed toys that were specifically selected to please and excite kids of all ages.

Yes! At Chuck E. Cheese, we want to make it easy for you! We provide you with free editable digtal invitations at the time of booking. You can send these to your party guests via printed copy, text message, or email.
